Short plantdescription HU 325 in
culture
Diameter of the culture plant is ca. 8.5 cm. Plant height without cephalium 4.5 cm. The colour of the epidermis is gray/green.
The number of ribs is 14 and the number of areoles per rib is 6 on
plants with cephalium. The shape of the areoles is oval and woolly. The number of radial spines is 5. The length is 1 to 1.4 cm. All the spines are more or less downwards recurved to the plant.
The colour of the spines is amber. The colour of the cephalium is gray to light brown. The colour of the fruit is white. The position of the stigma is half-way the secondary stamens.

Older plants produce many offsets.

Number of ribs is 10.
Number of areoles per rib is 5 to 7 on plants without cephalium.
The shape of the areoles is round.
The number of radial spines is 5.
De length of the spines is 0,5 to 1,5 cm. The spines upwards are 0.5 cm., the
spines side-and downwards ca. 1.5 cm. All spines are recurved backwards.
The colour of the spines is yellow/white with a dark tip.
